HERMANCE SCHAEPMAN LAW FIRM

Parisian Law Firm - Experienced, bilingual and dynamic lawyers

The Paris-based law firm Hermance Schaepman Avocats – named after its founder – was established in 1984.

The Firm gathers a vibrant team of French and foreign lawyers who speak several languages and have extensive experiences abroad.

From the outset, the Firm has focused on the development of a predominant advisory practice and has retained its expertise in targeted litigation.

The distinctive feature of the Firm is a trust relationship with its clients marked by a significant sense of intuitu personae and independence. The Firm is able to promptly meet clients’ expectations, anticipate, counsel and coordinate all of their projects, businesses, activities or disputes. Thus, we deliver a top-of-the-range, tailor-made and cross-disciplinary service addressing even the most challenging situations.

The Firm provides a comprehensive and coordinated expertise in the management of its French and foreign clients’ interests.  Active within an international framework for many years, the Firm specializes in private international law.

The partners’ experience combined with their understanding of the Common law and Anglo-Saxon culture, as well as their proficiency in English, enable them to advise numerous foreign clients investing in France. Additionally, Hermance Schaepman has been selected by a number of foreign clients, based overseas, to act as a Family Counsel and Trusts Protector.

The size of the Firm has been deliberately kept to a minimum in order to favor a tailor-made approach and strict confidentiality.
