Hasnia Goldman | Senior Associate

Admitted to the Bar since 2018, Hasnia Goldman advises a French and international clientele on all matters relating to private wealth taxation and corporate taxation.

She acts both as counsel and in litigation on high-stakes matters, including wealth structuring and succession planning, restructuring transactions, management packages, and relations with the tax authorities.

Admitted to the Paris Bar and practising since 2020, she joined the firm in 2025 as an associate.

Laure Lerognon primarily practises in the fields of family patrimonial and non-patrimonial law.

Drawing on her experience in family law firms, she advises on matters with both domestic and international dimensions, involving significant financial and asset-related stakes.
